My name is Amishka Hansjee, I have joined the Accensis Family as the manager of the Fiduciary Department. 

‍

Accensis has recently re-opened it's fiduciary department.

‍

After obtaining my LLB Degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2019, I completed my Practical Vocational Training while simultaneously completing the Professional Legal Training course under the Legal Division of the Law Society of South Africa. 

I have gained in-depth knowledge of Succession Laws, Deceased Estates, Trusts, commercial contracts, and Corporate Law.

With a substantial legal background, we will now be offering the following services to the Fiduciary Department, in addition to the Company Secretarial services we currently offer within the Department: 

o  Estate Planning

We provide you with a comprehensive plan regarding your assets and liabilities, enabling you to maximise tax benefits and savings as applicable.

o  The Drafting of Wills

Having a Will in place is of utmost importance, as it allows you to decide upon your legacies and beneficiaries. Upon thorough consultation with you, we will attend to draft your will and letter of last wishes, which together will culminate your succession plan upon your death.

o  Deceased Estate Administration from Inception

We will attend to the administration of a deceased estate to ensure a loved one from inception to distribution. We work closely with the executor and the Master's Office to ensure that the deceased estate is promptly and properly wound up.

o  Creation of Trust Deeds

We aim to provide you with sound advice on creating inter-vivo Trusts (created by the grantor during his or her lifetime). Upon consultation with our offices, we endeavour to provide you with a tailor-made Trust to suit your individual requirements. We will have the Trust lodged and registered at the Master’s Office.

o  Review and Amendment of Trust Deeds

Should you have an existing Trust Deed and wish to make any amendments, we would love to review your existing Trust Deed and suggest amendments that are tailored to suit you. We will also attend to any queries from the Master in this regard.
